Discussed needs for Pancake Day and reviewed cooking assignments. Not sure if trailer will be available that day. Discussed helping in some way with fundraiser for Joe Burrier's grandson's family.
Set up for Pancake Day will be Friday March 20 around 9:30 - 10 am. Joe and Dave Burrier will check on August Picnic date.
Voted to cover cost of Gun Raffle Fundraiser meal for Joe Burrier's grandson's family. Voted to make a donation in Kenny Pruitt's memory. Voted to donate items from trailer on support of May 9th Bailey Drake's Memorial Car Show.
Thanks to Gene Stambaugh for hosting the meeting. We reviewed Pancake Day and Jerry shared a profit was made after covering all the costs. Discussed the trailer inventory and ideas of ways to sell the merchandise. Wheat is growing and John Speak will make his binder available. Discussed possibility of having plaques and or buttons for Fall Harvest. Next meeting at Norman and Eddie Zepp's.
Thanks to the Zepps for hosting the meeting. We reviewed the shows that were held and those that are coming up. There are still calendars available. Due to a rise in fees the savings account was combined with the checking account. We have been invited to bring tractors to a celebration in Damascus Sept 16 -18.
Thanks to Gary Haines and his wife for hosting the meeting this month. John Speak shared the wheat is growing and may be ready earlier than the 4th of July. Will let everyone know when binding will take place. Wheat is located at 10657 Daysville Rd. Walkersville, MD. Reviewed upcoming shows. There has been discussion of adjusting prices on merchandise in the trailer, but no decision has been made. Picnic date has been confirmed for Aug. 23. It was decided to have plaques and buttons for the 2026 Fall Harvest. Jonathan asked for people to be thinking if they would be interested in hosting a meeting next year. Months needed to be covered are April, May, June and September. It was shared that Mt. Tabor will hold their tractor drive August 8th.

It was shared Pancake Day was a success. There was bacon leftover that was being sold. Please send any consignment item pictures to Jerry or to club's email (mdihcc39@gmail.com) so they can be posted on webpage and Facebook. Tuckahoe is featuring International Harvester this year July 10 - 13. Looking for a possible new meeting place, contact a board member with ideas.
Joe will no longer be taking the merchandise trailer out and about. It is located at Jerry's right now and items will be sold from there.
Joe shared that he will not run for President of the club next year. If you are interested in the job, let Matt Murphy (nominating chairperson) or a board member know. Still looking for a new place to hold meetings. If want consignment item shown in ad in Red Power Magazine get pictures to Jerry by end of May, so that they can be seen in July/August issue. Discussed some ideas of timelines/organization of site for auction. Jerry to check on date and location of member picnic.

Final preparations for Fall Harvest. Set up Friday Oct. 17 starting at 10 am. Charity cake/bake auction will go to Frederick County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Program. Final preparations for National Auction. Set up Ag Center Monday Oct.20 at 9 am.
